Chair Huberty: Despite Phelan announcement, the speaker race is far from over

Chairman Huberty tells QR: “The Speaker race is far from over. My hope is that we can come together and work to elect our next leader, as the Caucus has agreed to through our bylaws. We had some great successes last session, and I hope that those members who helped in those endeavors and who ran on those achievements in this last election will again come together for this.”
