Study finds opening electricity transmission projects to competitive bidding could save ratepayers up to $22 billion

A newly released study commissioned by Texans for Affordable Transmission, which is a project of Conservative Texans for Energy Innovation, finds that $22 billion in savings could be found if this was opened up for competitive bidding.
