Pat Robbins, cofounder of Associated Republicans of Texas has passed away.

Along with co-founder Norman Newton, Ronbins helped create Republican legislative majorities. Unlike the Republican Party of Texas,ART was less interested in doctrine and therefore sought pro-business, Chamber of Commerce Style candidates
