Fed up with AG Paxton, Court of Criminal Appeals Judge Slaughter fires back about ruling on voter fraud cases

“I am just fed up with the misinformation and baseless political attacks on the Court. I take my oath very seriously, which is why I am a constitutional conservative and originalist judge.”

Texas Court of Criminal Appeals Judge Michelle Slaughter – one of three judges targeted by Attorney General Ken Paxton in his retribution campaign during the GOP primary – is speaking out more forcefully now after Paxton’s repeated lies about the state’s highest criminal court.
