Incredible response as Quorum Report launches Texas politics podcast this week
The initial episode of “Quorum Report Radio” is the first taste of what’s to come including premium programming with instant VIP access for QR subscribers
After recently
stepping away from the politics podcast that I founded nearly a decade ago, so
many of you in and around the Texas Capitol have asked “when will
we get a new show?” Well, you’re right to ask.
It’s happening.
Walking around at the Mexican American Legislative Caucus event
in San Antonio last night, many of you said you’d heard the initial show and wanted
to know when another episode would be dropping and when there will be an “official
announcement” about it in the pages of QR. Fair enough.
Let’s consider
this to be the announcement. As I said in the show's initial episode, my collaboration with Hearst Corporation on the last show was fantastic, but it's time to put our subscribers first in everything I do.
I had
already been thinking Quorum Report should simply offer this kind
of programming on our own and Mr. Kronberg agrees. So, in addition to
our other work we are building a multimedia channel that will be rolled out in
the weeks and months to come. Some of the shows we offer will be free and
available on all podcast apps while others will be premium content with our
subscribers granted instant VIP access.
You can listen to the show here –
that link includes options to listen on Apple and Spotify but
it is also available on just about any other podcast app you prefer.
And for
those who asked if this means there’s a new website coming, well this the start
of that.
More to come…
