People on the Move
Some changes at MNA, staffer moves, new lobby shops, and more
It’s
beginning to look a lot like …session.
All
those working groups and end-of-year fundraisers and potentially pointless
caucus meetings. Things don’t ever really slow down, do they? Well, that’s true
for some but I know plenty of you are getting ready for Thanksgiving week –
either heading out of town or prepping for upcoming Christmas/Holiday parties.
Thanks to all of you who sent invitations to gatherings in Austin and elsewhere.
I hope to make my way to as many as possible.
Meantime,
there are a few significant career changes to pass along this week, most
notably at one of the political consulting firms that’s been right at the middle
of the raging GOP civil war. The more things change, the more they stay the same,
though, don’t they?
If
you’ve got career news to share, either yours or someone else’s, you can send
it anytime to ksbraddock@gmail.com.
Use POTM in the subject line for quickest service, please. There won’t be a People
on the Move article next week, so if you share something soon it’ll appear here
in the pages of Quorum Report
the first week of December at the earliest. After that, I’ll figure out the
rest of our holiday schedule around here.
Here’s
the final edition of People on the Move for November.
