HK: Fleshing out Dental Board Sunset events in 1993 vs those of today
Sunset Commission was researching the issue; our headline from last night was “Sunsetted agencies *may* not require special session”
As
people were recovering from the session and sine die, multiple sources reminded
us of their recollections of the 1993 sunsetting of
the Board
of Dental Examiners and the subsequent fallout. Meanwhile, the Sunset Commission itself
was doing its own research to get their arms around these current set of unusual
circumstances.
