Complaint is filed with federal prosecutors against AG Ken Paxton

Matt Angle’s Lone Star Project is pointing federal proseucutors to land deals in Collin County

Prominent Democratic operatives said on Tuesday afternoon that they have filed a complaint with federal prosecutors in Dallas related to lucrative land deals involving Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

"Given the ongoing investigation into Ken Paxton’s violations of state securities law, we believe his close involvement in questionable land transactions in Collin County also warrant the review of law enforcement officials," said Matt Angle of the Lone Star Project.

Pointing to a Dallas Morning News article about Paxton’s various business interests, Angle said that there are “key questions” remaining about how Paxton was able to profit on land deals.
