I logged in and it asked me to log in again. What's wrong?

This is almost always caused by a restrictive cookie setting in your browser. If you recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 6.0, your default cookie settings will cause this to happen. Listed below are directions for setting your cookie permissions in Internet Explorer 6.0 ,   Internet Explorer 5.x ,   Netscape 6 , and Netscape 4.x .

Cookie Settings in Internet Explorer 6
  • From your menu select Tools -> Internet Options
  • Click on the Privacy Tab
  • Move the Slide Button to the Low position

Or, for tighter privacy,

  • From your menu select Tools -> Internet Options
  • Click on the Privacy Tab
  • Click the Edit button
  • Under Address of Web site type quorumreport.com
  • Click the Allow button
Cookie Settings for Internet Explorer 5.x
  • From your menu select Tools -> Internet Options
  • Click on the Security Tab
  • Click the Internet Icon to make it highlighted
  • Click the Custom Level button
  • Scroll down to Cookies
  • Under Allow cookies that are stored on your computer click Enable
Cookie Settings for Netscape Navigator 6
  • From your menu select Edit -> Prefences
  • Double click on Advanced
  • Cick on Cookies
  • You may select either Enable all cookies or Enable cookies from the originating web site only
Cookie Settings for Netscape Navigator 4.x
  • From your menu select Edit -> Preferences
  • Double click on Advanced
  • You may select either Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server
