out from the first and only debate between Gov. Greg Abbott and Democratic
challenger Beto O’Rourke. It’ll be at the University of Texas Rio
Grande Valley in Edinburg. That means another Valley trip, which I
love. See y’all down there soon. MALC,
by the way, is this weekend in Grapevine instead of San Antonio, so that’s different.
Hmm. It was great to see so many of your smiling
faces last week at the Transit Coalition of North Texas annual
luncheon in DFW and at the Texas Association of Community Schools
conference in Round Rock. Incredible groups and great discussions about the
future of our state. Thanks for including me. Meantime, there’s career news to share as we head
