LGBTQ Caucus unveils membership roster and policy priorities

The
new House
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Caucus unveiled
its policy priorities and membership roster this morning at the Texas
Capitol.
Caucus
Chair Mary González, D-Clint, said
she never imagined as a freshman in 2013 she would one day serve with a
historic number of fellow lesbian and bisexual women, much less a 24 member caucus for LGBTQ members and allies.
