FourWinds Logistics CEO Stan Bates pleaded guilty Monday to nine felony charges, including
conspiracy to commit fraud, in the criminal trial where he’s a co-defendant
with state Sen. Carlos Uresti.
withdrew his motion to sever his case from Uresti and
co-defendant Gary Cain. The three men were charged in May with a combined 22
counts of conspiracy, fraud, money laundering and other charges in connection with their work with FourWinds.
faces decades in prison and fines of between $250,000 to $5 million for each of
