Former Rockwall City Councilman Scott Milder files paperwork to challenge Lt. Gov. Patrick in GOP primary
School voucher opponent has said certain groups “want to privatize public education and get their hands on some of that public money."

to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick in the GOP
was no immediate comment from Milder but an official announcement is expected later
this month. A spokesman for Patrick declined to comment late Wednesday.
